Branches for Growing Readers by Scholastic

Check out these new books for your reader and prevent summer slide!  This new series of books called Branches for Growing Readers by Scholastic is perfect for reading kindergartners.  Read about Kung Pow Chicken, Boris, Princess Pink, Eva in Owl Diaries and many more wacky characters in these adventure books!  These books are perfect for 5-8 year old growing readers between leveled books and traditional chapter books. Today we chirped the partners of 10.  It is a fun app that shares our answers with each other by a simple chirping sound.  We chirped equations, drawings, and story problems with the partners of 10.  Can you name all the partners of 10?

Chris Poulos, a BMX stunt rider, taught us that being kind and respectful will help us make many friends.  Invite new friends by saying hi!  Life is FUN with a lot of friends!  He also taught us to learn from our mistakes and never give up!
