We all looked fabulous today and we enjoyed fancy lunch in the cafeteria. There were "candles" and fancy dinner music! We enjoyed the show at the Weidner Center!

Polar Animal Research
We became researchers by picking a polar animal and listening to QRcodes about the animal, searching PebbleGo website, and reading books on EPIC! app. The students will share their learning soon by recording their books!

Polar Animal Fun
We started researching and exploring polar animals. In the sensory table, we created the Arctic by adding ice and polar animals, and we painted the arctic by using watercolors and salt. During centers, we went ice fishing for vowel sounds and created a polar animal book. Next week, each student will choose a polar animal and write their own non-fiction book.

Surviving Inside Recess!!
We have been making pizza in The Pizza Hut dramatic play, building marble mazes, drawing snowmen blindfolded, painting real snow, and getting active with GoNoodle. You can create a free account at www.gonoodle.com and get active at home!! It is safe for the kids to watch and they can burn off some energy inside.
